Sloppy help instructions; est tax rounding error

Online help on finding entry screens wrong; program incorrectly rounded estimated Indiana state tax pmts up to next highest dollar, resulting in state tax error corrected by department of revenue (no penalty, but caused delay of my refund).
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

The program works well and easy to use. However I did find that the program did not calculate the Colorado sales Tax refund. I called and reported it but to my knowledge nothing has been done.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I was disappointed that my Federal Return was locked before I sent the Return. This prevented me from editing the final version. I wanted to change the amount of my 2022 Tax Refund that I wanted to be applied to my 2023 Return.
