Not enough final testing before software being released. I spent over a total of four hours working with support. One issue was resolved by not following the online directions, rather, ignore the prompt and continue on. The second issue was resolved by rebooting my computer. Had their instructions included that simple statement, the problem would not have occurred. Both times, had proper and thorough testing of their software before releasing the software.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

no I can not recommend this software . I used software for over ten years but last 2 years the software completely dumped all my work to date during a software update. A phone call to Block did not help. the answer I got was sorry just start over from beginning. totally unacceptable! BUYER BEWARE
