Multiple times I had to stop and Google search for what the "next step" was asking for as I simply did not know what they were asking me for. There was also no "button" to click on that would provide an explanation of the item that I was having an issue with. Very frustrating.

The HR Block software is user friendly and comprehensive. Our taxes are relatively simple, and it was a fast process to work through the Federal and State filings. Mobility back and forth through the process was helpful a couple of times.
