Nice to have amended return accessible

After I filed my 1040 in February, I realized I'd omitted some 1099s that wouldn't be available until a few days later. So I'd have to file an amended return. Easy to do after March 6, when the interview was available for the 1040-X.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

majority of the instruction in using the software is good. However, in couple situation it is hard to understand the instructions which should be re-written in a way to step in customer's shoes, so that it is more user friendly. Also, it only allow to import last year return, should be improved to import past return several years ago.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Be careful where you save your work if you don't finish and file. I had to re-enter info three times until I saved the file in a particular place. I don't know if that is a software issue or my computer problem. Otherwise, it went smoothly.

Deluxe Edition with Free State - Not Really Free.

It was a great experience until I got to the end and found that I had to pay for the state e-file. What is the point of paying for the Deluxe version with a "free" state if it's not really free? I switched from Turbo Tax for the same reason and was hoping HR Block would be different. I was wrong.

Cons: Time consuming
