Easy entry, copies prior year to fill in personal info, download forms(1099, etc) from most national investment firms to make things easy.

Easy to use

I like the ease of use. Seems to be complete and accurate except;
My federal tax return was rejected due to all of the payer identification numbers were incorrect. When I corrected them the numbers shown on the return were no where near the corrected ones. It seems highly unlikely I could make the same mistake four times with totally unrelated numbers seeing I have been using your tax package for over fifteen years. Do you have a glitch in your software? Overall satisfied.

Very disappointed.

I am a long time user and previously satisfied but this year was a disappointment. I was not able to download my brokerage accounts from TD Ameritrade (the main reason I needed the program).
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
