I had difficulty answering questions about my HSA. I quit my job in June of last year and used money in my HSA for medical expenses after my quit date.. Your software asked something about a "last month rule." It took me a couple days before I figured that out. Your software did not explain it. I searched multiple websites before I had a clue what it was asking.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This software is great. It's easy to use and easy to go back to any section users need. It explains tax concepts and related laws very well. I used it for over 20 years and never had a problem preparing a return.

Every time there was a notice of an update, the software would appear to process it only to revert to telling me there was an update…frustrating cycle of repetition!
