Software gets older every year. State integration so bad that I had to print the Federal to do the state forms. State e-file a large extra charge! And despite buying months ago H&R sends me regular marketing emails. They have driven-away this customer.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare

The creation of the backup file sets me up for using 2022's amended return as a platform for 2023.

I have used h and r bock tax software for years. I love how easy it is to import last years taxes and check over the previous input. Once completed, it took 2 minutes for federal to accept and 2 hours for state. I can complete our taxes in one day and have peace of mind.
