Everything went smoothly, except that I have an IP PIN and it was difficult from the instructions to locate where I was to enter the IP PIN. I finally did some research and found it. It might also be helpful to some to explain where to go to get your IP PIN for the current year. (The IRS does not send it in the mail, you have to go to your account,

I bought your 2024 version after one of your major competitors badly messed up our taxes (and we don't have any tricky income.) It also (luckily) wouldn't allow us to file electronically because it insisted on updating first, but simply would not do that. So, out of frustration I bought your software and completed our taxes without problems, coming up with reasonable results.

Used to get a presale offer at a slightly discounted rate, no more. And, retail price increased significantly this year. Paid for a product called "Deluxe" yet installer calls the product "Basic" - a cheaper version. So maybe "Deluxe" is an artificial price point with no software difference? Did I mention that all emails from them are a non-reply, non-monitored box so no way to send feedback. Not happy at all and will shop for a better experience next year.
