All I got was a cardboard advertisement, so had to go online to purchase and install. Then I had to call HRBlock to get an activation code. In years past I have received a dvd & that made life a bit easier. Have read a lot of complaints on facebook about this year's program. I have never had any issues and have used your program for years, after working in HRBlock office for 17 years. Hopefully this year goes smoothly, with no issues. Requiring a nickname in order to submit is a bit much, rather sophomoric in my estimation!!

Last year your software made an error on my state taxes, got a letter that stated I owed hundreds which I ended up paying. I sent you a letter because of "your guarantee" but never got any reply. Real professionals no one ever said! Crickets was my answer when I wrote a letter per your exact policy! Shame is I have been using this software for over 10 years!!!!!!

Not bad for importing last year and entering this years but couldn’t file until March 17 th. Because of the updates. Even my daughter’s return which is as simple as it gets. I didn’t even get my free state. I ended up overriding the program and mailing it. I have used H&M’s for 10+ years. Very, very disappointed. Will not use them next year.
