NY IT 360.1 Form does not calculate even if change of address (out of NYC) is entered. Overriding anything prevents e-filing.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I found the schedule C form to be a little confusing to fill out being my first year having to fill out, otherwise have used this product for years now with minimal issues.

Trying to resolve a software problem for almost one month. Follow up calls are useless because they have you go through the same steps you’ve been following, with no success. Then told that the problem is going to be escalated. Much wasted time.
