For the second year in a row I had to play around with the e-file pin #. When the software asks for a pin it's not the 6 digit you get from the IRIS. THERE ARE NO CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THIS WORKS. FIX IT OR I GO BACK TO TURBO TAX.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using this software for years and if you take the time and read each section , want have any problems. I do 2 to 3 returns every year usually mine and friends , the best part is the support you get if get audited , haven't needed yet but a piece of mind feature.

Constantly crashing!!!!!

Miserable experience. Constant crashes and bad back up. Only had a backup because I was hitting "save" like a madman the whole time, knowing it would crash any second. EVEN THIS REVIEW FORM IS A FRUSTRATING PAIN IN THE NECK!!!

It's ok. I've used tax software for decades. Tax cut for about 10 years. It hasn't really changed at all since the start. Still the same issues that when it gets complex and you really need a good explanation, it just refers you to IRS documentation which is what drove me to use tax software to start with

Cons: Hard to prepare
