The problem I have is not with the software, but the endless regulations required to fill out a tax filing. I know that there is nothing you can do about that, but it still rankles me. Otherwise, I really like the product.

This year’s software is far less intuitive than last year’s version. It took more than twice as long to finish the same amount of data. Many areas were very unclear and vague what to do. This became frustrating.

I'd give H&R Block software a 4 or 5 but for one thing: printing a full return for my files is not doable this year. It's not my printer, cuz just trying to print to a PDF also shows the oversized font and overlapping words in THE PREVIEW window before it prints. Tried multiple fixes and work-arounds with no luck. Otherwise, software easy to understand and use, helpful, and has worked great since I began using it 3 years ago or so.
