I have been using H&R Block Tax Preparation for ten years. It is user friendly. Simply gather your tax related documents, enter the information where called for, and follow the user friendly direction set out before you. There are points where decisions are made and the program clearly describes options.

I was used the main competitor for years. After moving to a state with income tax I moved to H&R Block Deluxe version. I was surprised to find the interface much easier to navigate and the guided input to be superior to what I'd used in the past.
I just filed my 4th year with product an I'm completely satisfied.
In my experience its easier to use, I file fed and state in one click and its cheaper. It's just me but I buy the program and load it on my computer instead of using the online version.
