I've used this program for years the only thing that I hate is that I always have to pay for my state return why can't they include that in the purchase price of the software.

While most of the process goes rather well, I have a very unpleasant experience every year with stock sales.
I don't see why I have to go into every stock sale to verify what was already imported in 1099 forms by HR software. One year I had 200+ stock sales and had to manually enter every one, and I don't know why.
I keep wanting to go back to the "other" guy, but their prices are way higher. I never had to handle individual stock sales with them.

Errors in the software regarding investment uploads. Help center, including online chat and phone of zero value. Reps read canned responses. As of 3/10, the uploading for certain financial institutions was still in error.
