Faulty Software

I filed my returns and they were rejected because of faulty software. I did not file until March 12th so I would expect the software to be fully functional. An update was installed on March 16 that fixed the problem and then I had to refile again.

I used TurboTax for many years until their errors and poor customer service made me try H&RB. Your user interface is not as good, so okay so far.
