I have use this program for over ten years and love the easy of filing my returns. This year there where several new questions without any good explanation of what the item was or what the change was, which made the process a little more challenging.

Complete, thorough, easy, and efficient tax processing. Some form field and tax code requirements could be more clearly or completely explained. When referencing an IRS publication, it would be a helpful time saver if IRS publication references were linked to their locations on the IRS website.
