The program worked very well as usual and the filings went smoothly. I would rate 5 stars for that. The purchase was less friendly. It took 14 hours after purchase to get the email with the needed codes. The same time for the entry code to log in and look for the verification codes.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have been using this software for several years now as I retired, only worked in one state and my taxes became less complicated. If you used in the past, it will pull over all your information from prior returns. No need to re-enter addresses, etc. from your revenue sources. Once you sort all your forms and receipts, very easy step by step process with prompts and reminders. Review prompts you to go back and correct any discrepancies. Then tracks your refund right up until the money is in your bank account.

Doesn't support a simple state tax form so I have to file a paper return! I've called and called and he lock just doesn't care.
Cons: Time consuming
