The program logging out is confusing. It should clearly say 'save current version with changes, or previous version'
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I don't have any issues with the federal return preparation. However, both last year and this year I have had trouble with Iowa. The issue last year was finally fixed or I overrode it. I don't remember. This year I qualify for the deduction of my long-term healthcare on the Iowa return and it won't allow it. I can't even override it so i may have to white out part of the printed return and file. I have tried to talk to someone but no one understands the issue.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
