The software does not allow you to import excel for your crypto or do 8949 form. Would recommend other product. Do ask you questions about decent things and tries to do some deductible. But not worth the price.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

H&R Block software takes the worry out of my taxes. The interviews tell the program what forms I need and then walks me through them. I particularly like the fact verification and audit flag features that allow me to feel confident my return is done right.

I have always rated this a 5 before due to program correctness and customer service. Customer service is still a 5 but I found a couple of problems that I only caught by entering the data manually,

This software handled everything including downloading my information from 3 brokerage accounts. E filing both federal and state was quick and easy. Very satisfied with this product.
