The software is easy to use and provides consistent responses. The only downside to this software is if you file your State return electronically using H&R Block software they want you to pay for it even though their is no money out of pocket on their behalf. If you can file your federal return for free the state return should also be free. I have used their software for u=over 10 years now and you would think that wold earn you a loyalty bonus or discount. I received neither.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

I have used H&R Block tax software for many years. It is not expensive and provides a clear, concise manner to file your taxes. I use the deluxe plus state software, but there are other versions you can purchase depending upon your needs. I find the interview based program is simple to use, but if you have any questions you can either use the help function within the program or speak with an agent. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to do their own taxes
