Does not automatically include state Wage Summary

The PA state does not automatically include a Wage Summary Statement if you are a retiree with no earned income (I.e., no W-2).
It refuses to file electronically without the Wage Summary Statement, asking that a pdf be uploaded.
This is the second year in a row that I have run into this.
This is an obvious mistake on your part and one that you can easily rectify.
