Have been using the program for years. The main reason is that I am familiar with the interface. Only peeve I have involves the menu to go to a form.. Why does the program have to close open menus to go to a form. You would think that this inefficacy would be corrected.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

It works. The software walks you through entry of your tax information in a straight forward manner. You don't have to be tax knowledgeable to use this software. If you get all your tax forms together, the software will walk you through the entry process and give you a good finished product (Hopefully a refund).

I'm a repeat buyer and find this software easy to use and very complete. my one complaint this year is that for my state taxes, the integration to the state would not work and required me to print out my state and federal taxes and mail them in.

The uploading 1099B did not match to the paper 1099B I received, though not a huge amount, still should not happen. It will take me many, many hours to find out why it did not match, and if I tried to correct, it will leave the marks, I think. If this issue gets audited I will blame on you.
The software did not give 2025 estimated tax amount for each quarter. Turbo tax gave it no matter one has refund or owe money (same Deluxe version). I'm thinking about switching back to Turbo software, unless this gets fixed.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
