Everything was Easy! Please make the font size bigger. I know I'm getting old but larger font size will alleviate the strain.

update your dang software, not just the tax code, but the ui is buggy and clunky, it could be way better.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Really simple to follow instructions. Much easier than filling out all the worksheets I usually have to do. This program automatically did it all in the background and filled in the blanks. I am pleased with how well it worked. I received both federal and state refunds in my checking account within 6 days instead of the months it used to take when I filed paper returns.

Works easily, for those of us who work across state lines, it is kind of a pain to purchase a seperate state. wish i could find a Fed - plus 2 state.
The 2nd state by itseld is seems like a high price compared to the Deluxe price.

Duplicate charge for state efile

You bought state, if not accepted first time after efile and you want to re-file again, the software wants you pay again.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
