When I tried to enter my IRA withdrawals from my 1099R your system entered a much larger number on its own. I could not find a way to correct this so I tried chat. The AI like system went off on a tangent, while the human chatters were of no help.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

There is probably a better option for filing taxes

I made a physical note on my records to not use this software next year. It prevented me from e filing my state tax return. So I paid the higher price to include state software that was not capable of e-filing. Friends, family and coworkers within the state didn't have the same experience with other software. Now I am forced to mail in my state return. That is very frustrating.
