I've used H&R Block software for years to do our taxes and our parents' taxes (fed and multiple states). It has always been quick, easy and reliable to complete all the forms and file electronically. I remember the old days and lengthy process of filling in the same info on multiple forms and cross-checking numbers for errors and consistency. Note: I haven't had complicated tax situations so I can't address that.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
