We have been using your product for about 10 years. I am disappointed this year with Missouri state income tax. M husband and I are both non-residents and after answering all the questions there was a number that the app asked us to review. We reviewed it and could not file electronically because of that number. We were able to file electronically last year for our Missouri state income, but not this year. More help on the data information that was really more like an error would have been helpful and provided could have filed electronically.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I'm satisfied with H&R Block's software, but I would like to request one improvement.
I file as head of household since my wife is a non-resident alien. I would like to be able to enter her name and then over-ride the requirement to provide a SSN and simply write "Non-Resident Alien" or "NRA" in the spaces that require a SSN.

Had some trouble with the handling of RMDs. I was very careful to make sure I took the correct amounts, but on my first attempt the program came up with tax amounts that were clearly wrong. I traced the problem to it thinking my RMDs were much smaller than the amount I had input. I tried re-running sections of the program involving RMD penalties, but kept getting different, but obviously incorrect, results. I eventually discarded my work and started over. The second time it came up with reasonable numbers, and that is what I went with.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
