For federal I would definitly recommend, esp if you can find a good deal. For state, I would absolutely avoid. It was giving me a credit (refund) for something that was apparently supposed to be a non-refundable credit. Thank goodness it was rejected (for a math error smh) when I tried to submit it.

Been using for year, but found a "glitch" by HR B.

I have been using this for year, but this year I found an error on the Schedule A vs the 8283 form. Looks like if you update the non money donations it does not update the Schedule A. Now this year, I am looking through the forms to make sure it registered correctly. I used to have full trust but now I have very little.

Easy to use and covered everything. One problem that did cause an irritation. Wanted to file my state by mail and wanted to print the forms. That was a complete bust. Dislike the printing options. It wanted me to print both sides and then it or I , made a complete mess of it. Couldn’t seem to print individual sheets.
