I had a little problem finding the things I needed to correct, but since this was my first time to use this software I expected much worse. It did point out some problems to me that it walked me thru how to fix. I feel confident about the outcome and all in all, very self explanatory.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

save option needs revision

The save option caused an error in my 2024 return. The AGI for 2023 was incorrect. I did not realize that the save and save-as go to the same location, so the 2023 return on the computer was not actually the final copy. I save the final copy to both the computer's drive and my NAS (network attached storage). The locations for each of these saves should be optionally different.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Most of the questions were easy to answer except the Required Minimum Distribution part was confusing and had to redo it multiple times. Please fix that next time to make it easier to understand . I also want to know what form the questions are addressing. Is there a way to attach the number or letter as you do that part?
