For a person who is not very attuned to technology, this is a bit cumbersome to get done. I still have not been able to print my returns. Next year, I don't know is I will use HR Block???
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

The program would not Update properly after repeated attempts. After researching, I found out that this year it would not Update properly unless it was installed to the Default "C" drive so I was forced to uninstall the program and reinstall it on a drive that I didn't want to have to install it on. Disappointed.
