Most was good, but previous years worked a lot better. Lots of confusing questions with no hint of how to answer on my investment gains & losses even though the 1099 was imported directly into the software. It simply created unnecessary opportunities to create errors and was aggravating to use.

Very good product I use every year. One disappointment for me is I am in Italy (American citizen) and I just found out your pledge to help in any audit, should there be one, is not available to me. I fill out income tax return just like every other taxpayer in the USA. I'm subject to audit, too. Yet, I get no help according to your literature because I am not in the USA.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
