I have been using H&R Block Deluxe Software for years. Had a little glitch this year because I got the IRS IP Pin and my personal pin confused. I hadn't checked the box for entering the IP Pin. I called the support line and got help right away, even on Easter Sunday! I highly recommend this sofyware.

I've used various tax preparation software applications over the years and the past 4 years have stayed with H&R Block. The User Interface is fairly easy to navigate and the flow is quite intuitive. One area that I think could be improved is better clarity if/when you get a warning during the final reviews.

I've been using a form of this software for over twenty years starting when it was Tax Cut. It is easy to install and use. It is accurate and has an intuitive menu/question format. It is accurate and affordable. I highly recommend this tax software

Easy to use. Reasonably priced. Customer Service has improved and is very helpful. However, make sure you download software after most of the updates have been included, usually sometime in late February / early March.
