Fairly easy to use. Importing my brokerage info is a great feature. Manual input of my contributions is a hassle. Importing last year's data to the current year is very helpful. I've used this software for 5 years.

I have used H&R Block software for years and find it easy to use. I would like to suggest that instead of 5 free e-filings on federal we are given at least one free state filing when purchasing the Deluxe + State,

I had a problem when I sent my return. My credit card was charged and then I had to update my software before my return would send. I had to re-enter my credit card information again and thus, I was charged twice for sending my state return. WHY did you do this?
