I bought this in November when I received the annual email with the discount. This gave me a chance to review previous year and get ready for 2024. When documents started to come in I posted and by end of February I was done. Went very smoothly. I've been a customer for 10 years.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I'm disappointed that the tax program doesn't have a interview process for all tax items. Instead, it likes to direct you to enter your information directly onto the tax form.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Highly inaccurate for deceased taxpayers. If a refund is due, the program insists on attaching Form 1310. But Form 1310 must NOT be used if a court-appointed personal representative is filing the tax return. See Part 1 item B. I submitted the return as set up by your program and the IRS rejected it because it included Form 1310. I removed Form 1310 from the return and your program would not let me submit it because it did not pass the error check. I finally printed the return, removed Form 1310 from the pile of forms, added the court certificate of appointment, and mailed it. We'll see what the IRS does with it this time!

I PURCHASED IN JANUARY AND COMPLETED IN FEBRUARY. HAD TO PRINT AND MAIL BECAUSE YOUR SOFTWARE WOULD NOT ALLOW FOR MY PIN NUMBER. MY PIN HAD 6 NUMBERS AND YOU ONLY ALLOWED 5. CALLED YOU SUPPORT FOR HELP THEY SAID WOULD REVIEW BUT NEVER GOT BACK TO ME.

needs improvements. -Ask all the questions in one section not 2 separate sec tions, one set was at the end. -Also, use clearer language fir each question, especially the final questions which were confusing. -If I am asked to verify the data I input then include a VERIFY button. -your program can add the totals for each distribution, dont ask me to do that addition. -Make the important quesdtions in BOLD, easier to see, and the input boxes, again in the final set of questions.
