I reached out to tell you your software was faulty, and got less than a sterling reply. Shortly, there was another update, and surprise, surprise, the fault was fixed. No apology from your side, just marched on. YOU SHOULD HAVE RE-CONTACTED ME TO APOLOGIZE for finding a serious misstep in your calculations. As usual the software was easy to navigate and got me to the end, but when I asked your drone about indemifying me against a fault easily researched in IRS INFORMATION, I was blown off. How about a free 2025 version?

There were unnecessary pages. According to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue I entered something for veteran offset. I did not, but since there were pages that should have been removed, but couldn't be or the files wouldn't send, it somehow entered data where is shouldn't have. As a result, they removed what was there and reduced my refund amount.
It would be a good idea for H&R Block to contact that entity and discuss what happened. Then it would be a good idea to reimburse the amount to me. (That would be along with any others this happened to along the way.)

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

Kept asking me about Social Security payments which I don't get! Frustrating!
