Better this year re: Inherited IRA (death) tax exclusion. This has forced me to paper file last year on your software. In previous years it was worse. This is not a moving target with the IRS, it's not been revised like many other tax issues. This year there were pertinent questions that were not present previously. Keep improving and I be happy.
Printing issue: this is major. When I complete my taxes, before filing, I want to print the 1040 only, and not all the Schedules for my review. Your software hi-jacks my printer and will not let me print what I want. More printing variety is required. Why have a good product that you cannot print individual pieces? It really needs improvement.

I've used H&R Block Deluxe software for several years and found it to be accurate. I especially liked the Verification feature because it makes sure you dot all the i's and cross all the t's.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Glick in printing state return

When you try to file state return by mail, program does not allow you to enter direct deposit (bank) information.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does the job

I've been using H&R Block for several years and it saves time. Once you have all the input data, it's fairly easy to file your taxes. The state filing is just as easy if not easier.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I purchased your product on 11/23/2023 found it to be very user friendly but the help i received from Bria in your customer service department was GREAT, Bria helped a senior with filing my return. Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

The software presented form for excess RMD incorrectly. I spent several hours trying to resolve.
