I have been using this product for many years. It’s easy to use for most forms. Sometimes the instructions are a bit vague or just repeat the IRS instructions. It’s more helpful when the IRS instructions are offered in plain language and enhanced.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL FULL OF FLAWS NEVER AGAIN Poor awful program. Omits things and right now the pathetic program CANNOT connect and see my FED RETURN already approved. You have to google and search many things that this pathetic software do not have
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Junk - Not working just when needed and misleading

Not working when needed and even though have the downloaded, local program, misleading screens take you to online filing.
Even though the submission of return to clearly didn't work, got the email that it was submitted to IRS. Fun tomorrow.
