If Your mortgage is sold during the year, the average daily balance used to calculate the mortgage interest exclusion will be double. Ex. a $250,000 actual mortgage will be calculated as $500,000.

Slipping in Performance

The software used to be 100% reliable and rock solid. There are lots of issues now, from loading problems, confusion over my purchase and purchase history in your system, errors with IRS making adjustments, not filing properly, lack of clarity with updates and overall clunkiness. .
I don’t think I’ll be using this product in the future which is disappointing as I’ve used this for many years.

Program Faked Itself Out - At My Expense

I have bought this for years and it is generally pretty good and satisfactory. Today I electronically filed and kept getting a message saying they couldn't connect - first time ever. But I got an email saying it was filed and another it was accepted. Program shows not yet filed! Very unnerving!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!
