Their servers went down and it took over 10 hours for my file to transmit. Very poor communications about problem.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Prevented from submitting electronically for well over 24 hrs in the hours leading up to the deadline. Failure of company to provide any actionable information when it mattered most. Lost all trust with Block. Will not use them again.

Their servers went down on tax day. They got them back up right before I had to mail physical copies but it was very stressful.

Did it file or NOT

Went to e-file got a message that it could not connect to the server, system error Bad gateway. Tried several times turned of all fire walls on the computer still got the same message then I get a e-mail stating the H & R Block had received the filing Then got an email saying the IRS as received the filing
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
