Efile not available the day before the return

Hi, I bought this and have used HR Block for the last 3 years to save a little money. I do not like it as well as Turbo Tax. In addition, HR Block had a problem a day before the return was due and I was not able to file the return during that period
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HRB e-file server was down on April 14-15

I've used HRB Deluxe without problem over many years. This year may be the last. Their server couldn't submit my e-file starting on April 14, and it wasn't until April 15 that they posted an alert on the app home page that the problem was on their end. Wasted too many hours attempting to get a successful submission, until finally it worked midday on April 15. This is unacceptable for tax software on Tax Day!
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tax filing issue

I submitted federal tax electronically selecting fed only option but after submitting - I changed my mind and want to submit state electronically (CA) too but found not any option for that - it will be right that electronic state submission will be always open independent of fed
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

This years is the worst

The program constantly had to be updated and wouldn't allow to file as another update was due. Then when it was time to file the site is down the day before and day taxes are due. No notice that they were having problems just that you as the filer was doing something wrong, which wasn't true!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

The Software Server Stopped Working on Yax Day

Couldn’t file my taxes because the server kept rejecting my efile. When it finally went through, the return was repeatedly reject even though the report showed no errors. I’ve always used HR Block until today. NEVER AGAIN!
Oh….that audit support is non-existent.
Cons: Time consuming
