Overall a good value and easy navigation. But when printing state forms, it defaults to double-sided printing. When I deselect that, it resets it back -- annoying. I had to save to PDF and print from that file.

This software continues to go up at almost 100 dollars this year. Why? You folks are not paying any higher wages to your employees.
And the "help line" is useless. When called, they couldnt even tell me how to do a reset back to the begging to start a return over from the start. Told me I needed to go into a store and pay for help. 🙄 why have a "help line" if they dont know ANYTHING about the software, not even how to start a return over from the begining. In my opinion, you all are charging WAY too much for no more than what this is.

I have used the software for several years. I was disappointed that I was not able to view prior years returns online. I was also disappointed that AI Chat replied several times that it could not answer my questions. Also, I tried to speak with a human with a specific question, I was directed to a local office. I left a message with the question I had and got no response. It is as if by design and makes me wonder just how much support one would get if audited.

Easy to use, walked me through the steps and imported all of my information from last year and my financial institutions.
The only problem was getting a letter from the IRS telling me I had to verify my identity, I wish the program would have had me do that when all the information was available, now I have to look up all the information again.
