Federal wasn't bad but state was horrible. Would never use it again. Still had to mail in all of the state forms

This years version was more difficult to run than past years. I had trouble correcting "errors" in the final checklist. Difficult to fix on worksheet and have it push to final document.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Failed to support e-file

I tried to do e-file on my tax multiple times on April 14 and April 15, 2024 but software could not finish sending and kept getting "Bad Gateway" error messages. I had to switch to paper filing. I trusted this software and it lets me down. I wasted my money paying for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H+R Block for years, but the crash this year trying to upload was too painful. It would be great if we got our state payments credited, or at least some gesture to loyal users who were let down.
