I've used this for two years with no problems, but this year was bad. I tried most of the day on 4/15/24 and your server wouldn't allow me to E-file. I had to print everything and stand in line at the post office before it closed.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was very disappointed with the failure of your servers to accept filing transmissions on the evening of 4/14 and the morning of 4/15. Although i did not own anything substantial that could incure a late payment penalty, it did substantially increase unease and anxiety. I have used your programs for over a decade.

Cons: Hard to import documents

It worked pretty well. I did get stuck at one point after correcting my RMD error that the software deftly took me too, but then it it didn't allow me to progress until the next morning. Strange

How do you let your server fail the weekend taxes are due? Unnecessary stress and fixes us to plan alternatives to filing. Next year I am going through someone else. Not worth the aggravation

Bad gateway error nearly caused me unable to file

I've used HR block for many years. But this year, it completely faltered on the last 2 day of tax filing until late 04/15. I couldn't file my tax return and stuck on Bad Gateway error over 10-15 tries. It was so frustrating that I had to file extension for both federal and state on 04/15.
