Confusing at the final step try to sale services

20 hours program was out of communication and contact with IRS server. It felt like a scam and program was delayed to communicate with the outside server It seemed like it was deliberately created so to same some services. Many complaints were posted allover the social media and on companies website to the yahoo finances conversation. Anyone who went thru the sickening experienced and traumatic event must receive full refund for the software.2023
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
