The tax tool is great and easy-to-use. The most critical issue is your server crashed the last few days of tax returns. This causes me unnecessary stress of not knowing if I'll be able to file my taxes on time. As a major corporation, you know the same peak volume occur at the same time every year! Yet, you still let the server crashed. That's poor execution and key reason for me to seek other tax software next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is second year that I have used the program to complete and e-file my return. Both years my e-file was rejected. Why use a program that does not deliver what is promised.

We had high stress because when we went to efile on Sunday it would not go through and the problem persisted for 19 hours. We also could NOT find clear instructions as to how Community Property should be entered into the software for Married Filing Separate and were told twice by chat and once by phone that they were supprt only for the software and that I should look into the services of a tax preparer which I believe we will be doing next year.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Tried to efile return on Monday, April 15, 2024. Servers were down. Had to print, drive to my husbands office for his signature, then go to post office and pay postage to mail. Around 4 pm I tried to efile to see if it was working. It was 4pm my time and stated my return was accepted at 7:01 pm! Thanks for ruining my day and costing me money.

EFile Broken during Deadline -- but wants review

After not allowing e-files to complete for almost a day leading into the deadline -- and encouraging people who paid for their service to send by snail mail... they wanted a review.
Come on. Usually love the software but this year they missed badly with the efile issue. Barring everyone with issues recieving it free next year I'm not sure how they recover.
