This continues to be my choice in tax software providing great value for the cost.
I would suggest that they better highlight the changes in tax code from year to year. I have been using them from year to year from when itemizing deductions mattered. I would have liked some notice of how the process had simplified on the state side. It would have made the process even faster and simpler.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Will be looking for different software next year. Program did not recognize federal limits on LTC Insurance premiums. Would not allow e-filing late on April 14 and for most of April 15.

I think it would be nice if you would have told me what I needed to do to correct my return. By the time I your reject of my return, all the tax people are up to their ears in customers. I usually love doing my returns on your software. Not this time. I think you could do a note to people who will have to have help in the next year's return because they have reached an age that Fidelity return data will be a night mare so they can get help or make an early appointment with a tax person.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

This application does a terrible job of importing data from stock brokers and banks, everything is janky. But, the worst part is that efiling was unavailable most of the day on April 15 which meant I had to waste my entire day panicking and trying to find alternatives.
