I was really disappointed in this year's version. The program update kept telling me there was a problem with my WiFi and there wasn't. The AI Help was useless. I have used this program for DECADES and never had such an Awful experience.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been a TurboTax user for 40 years. I dumped TurboTax this year because they "fixed" their program so it wouldn't run with Windows 10. 40% of Windows users have REFUSED to update to Windows 11. As compared to prior TurboTax programs, I would say that the H&R program is serviceable. I found the form presentation not great. The Print feature was particularly irritating. I could not complete the print process without minimizing my bottom toolbar. VERY IRRITATING. Also, moving between linked forms was impossible (maybe due to my unfamiliarity with the program). Qwitching between questioning mode and form mode was indecipherable to me. That's my opinion.
I would recommend this to a friend!
