Many bugs - degraded quality since initial release

We had a poor experience with the H&R Block software this year. It would not allow us to delete non-relevant forms. During the filing process, I was able to enter my routing and account numbers for Federal, but I could not enter the same numbers for State. There were other issues, but you should not need to have your users QA your product for you.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

System Message: Bad Gateway
I costed me 15 hours of attempting to submit taxes, multiple (19) charge attempts, and had to take a day off of work to process taxes.
I would only recommend this product if I am compensated 100% with next year's tax program free of charge.
Cons: Time consuming

Everything was great until eFile time - HRBlock servers were down and not a peep from them until mid-day on the 15th. They claimed a 'small' number of users except it was all users during the last 2-3 days of filing time. Not a good look.

In years past I’ve been able to do my taxes and submit them no problem. This year, I tried to submit them on April 14 and was hit with their servers being down, only being able to submit them hours before the deadline. The worry and anxiousness I felt doing this was the opposite of what I normally expect with them, and as such I can not recommend them this year.
