I had a problem with my pin when filing. It did not get transferred over from 2022 and was blank. I opened my 2022 return, found the pin - I had to go through the entire "file my return" process, as it wasn't in my "prior year worksheet" location - and entered it into my 2023 return. My return was rejected by the IRS at least 3 times and my state return was on hold. Is there any way to cancel the e-file process? I wound up having to print out my return which means my return will be late and I will have to pay a late filing penalty. So, I probably won't be using your software next year.

This does a great job on Fedeeral Returns for the most part. I get a form from Canada and filling out the extra form is cumbersome. If I have an Enterprize Zone credit for Colorado, it won’t do that at all.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

This is the 2nd year I purchased your product I won't buy it again. I wasn't able to bring over last year information and when I submitted it to Federal it was rejected 3 times. Good thing I sent it in the mail for a back-up. And when I asked for assistance I was in line for over 2 hours and still didn't get the help I needed.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this just to see if I would get a tax return. I did my Federal, and when I went to the State. I filled in all the stuff they asked for, and sent it in. I don't know why it won't go through.

Part of the April 15th inability to submit Taxes

I have been using H&R Block software since 2011. Wasn't able to submit my taxes on April 15th with many button clicks. I wasn't too annoyed. Went out of my way to file extensions on Federal and State. My software now says Federal if filed, but State is Pending (for a week). Talked with support and they said I have to mail my State in, which I am quite annoyed with. I will be looking elsewhere next year.
Cons: Time consuming
