In the past I have had no problem with the program. This year it was one problem after another. It didn't seem to give an option to save and exit, so I just had to leave it open and then lost much of my data when the computer shut down. I tried reloading the program a couple of times and still the data entered was lost. I had to spend hours re-entering. It just didn't seem to be as user friendly this year.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You failed. Your program crashed at a critical time, the day before tax day, and you did NOTHING too communicate with your customers. Cowards. Never again.
Cons: Time consuming
