First time, former turbo tax user. Software easy to use but electric car credit software had bugs and was updated incorrectly and then very late. Imported documents incorrectly from Turbo tax. Had a bug with previous years tax.

Have used H&R Deluxe software for a number of years. When beginning a new year's program, all the old information comes up thus making it easy to proceed. Since most of my entries are for the same places each year, the program already brings up the information so I do not have to enter it again.
