This year did mot go so smooth. Difficulty importing Financials, energy credit info came in update, needed tp wait. File for state is an extra fee.
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used H&R Block software for many, many years. This is the first year where I have not trusted the results -- simply changing from one page to the other changed the number drastically, and at one point I had to start over entirely. I do not think I will ever use this again.

I like the program because it is easy to use and meets most of my needs. However I was disappointed that it didn’t include form 8911. I wanted to deduct a portion of my home EV charger, but could not do it with this years program.

This software is basically predatory. Always asking for upgrades, which do nothing but fund their lobbying efforts to Congress so they can keep nickel and diming the average American year after year. I'd rather never buy this again. I hope this software doesn't exist next year.
